Facilitation Foundation
This program teaches principles of facilitation and provides a solid foundation for anyone who leads meetings, workshops, group processes, organisational change and development. The practical course distills years of experience and insights from the field of facilitation and organisational practice into tangible, accessible tools and methods for meeting and workshop design and facilitation.
You will:
Internalise foundational principles of facilitation
Design effective and inspiring meetings and workshops
Navigate complexity and unpredictability in changing situations
Handle difficult meeting/workshop participants
Learn effective process questioning techniques
Engage in practical exercises and case studies
Skills you will acquire:
Working with various facilitation tools
Managing groups and understanding group dynamics
Designing and conducting effective, inspiring meetings in practice
This course is for:
People who have no or only little experience with meeting and workshop facilitation.
People who have plenty of experience with meeting and workshop facilitation, but want to add theoretical knowledge and practical approaches.
People who lead meetings, workshops, and other internal processes.
Your Teacher
Thomas Reibke is an experienced process consultant, trainer, and facilitator. For 15 years, he has worked with teams and leaders to increase their innovative capacities and lead organizational transformation. He approaches his work from a holistic perspective and focuses on establishing frames that support groups and individuals to learn and grow collectively.
