Co-Creating a Shared Vision for Stendahls
Context
In 2014, the Swedish communication agency Stendahls celebrated its 60th anniversary. Despite its long-standing presence and reputable status, Stendahls recognized the need to prepare for the future. They sought to solidify their position in the market and redefine their purpose for the next phase of their journey. This led them to seek our support in plotting their path forward.
Journey
We embarked on a collaborative journey with Stendahls to craft a shared vision for the company's future. Over two intensive days, all 100+ members of the Stendahls team actively participated in shaping this vision. Together, we engaged in dynamic discussions and exercises to uncover the essence of Stendahls’ identity and aspirations.
Through this process, we facilitated the creation of a shared vision that would serve as a guiding light for Stendahl's strategic endeavors. Unlike a static goal, this vision was designed to evolve and adapt over time, fostering ongoing dialogue within the company. It centered around themes of vision, purpose, and values, instilling a sense of direction and motivation at every level of the organization.
Results
