This program teaches the principles of facilitation and provides a solid foundation for anyone who leads meetings, workshops, group processes, and organisational change and development. The practical course distills years of experience and insights from the field of facilitation and organisational practice, into tangible, accessible tools and methods for meeting and workshop design and facilitation.
