Hi, I’m Thomas Reibke!

I'm an experienced process consultant, trainer, and facilitator. Over a period of 15 years, I have worked with teams and leaders to increase their innovative capacities and lead organizational transformation. I work from a holistic perspective and base my work on establishing frames that support groups and individuals to learn and grow collectively.
